This initiative establishes Ghana’s first Helicopter Emergency Medical Service, combined with a world-class aviation training center in Accra.
By combining Ghana’s favorable flying conditions with European safety and training standards, the center will develop skilled helicopter pilots, aviation technicians, and emergency response professionals.

The center will serve as the operational base for Ghana’s first Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS). This service will bridge the gap in emergency healthcare, providing rapid response and life-saving transport, while serving as a real-world training ground for specialized HEMS pilots and paramedics.
